This policy explains what personal information Yan Soft Labs Inc. (“Yan Soft Labs”, “we”, “us”), a Delaware corporation, collects through yansoftlabs.com, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Inquiry form: your name, business email, company, optional phone number, the service you are interested in, your project summary and optional budget and timeline. We also record the page you submitted from and basic technical data (such as a hashed IP address) to prevent spam and abuse.
• AI readiness check: runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us or stored unless you choose to include the result in an inquiry.
• Scheduling: if you book a call, Calendly processes your booking under its own privacy policy.
• Analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies in the banner, Google Analytics 4 collects aggregated usage data (pages viewed, device type, approximate location) using cookies. We use it to understand which content is useful.

How we use information

We use inquiry information only to respond to you, discuss potential work and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your inquiry to train AI models.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate this website: our web host (for the site and email delivery), Calendly (for scheduling) and, if enabled, Google Analytics. Each processes data only as needed to provide its service.

Retention

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting relationship, and delete it when it is no longer required. Abuse-prevention records are kept for a short period.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its use. Contact us and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated and processed server-side, and credentials used by the site are stored outside the public web root.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
